この度、文化庁新進芸術家海外研修制度の研修員に採択いただきました。

研修先はイギリスのロンドンを中心に、
今年12月上旬から来年の2月末まで、
約2ヶ月半滞在予定です。
研修内容は「舞台手話通訳」です。
今、有り難いことに日本で舞台手話通訳の活動をさせていただいておりますが、更に技術や国内へ発展や定着のノウハウなどを学ぶために渡英いたします。
約2ヶ月半の間学び、調査研究をした後は帰国し、引き続き日本で活動を続けます。
私自身本当にまだまだ勉強が必要なので、イギリスできちんと学び、日本に戻って参ります。

Dear all,
I hope this message finds you well.
I want to express my heartfelt thanks for all your support, encouragement, and the many opportunities you’ve given me to grow and learn.
Today, I’m thrilled to share some personal news:
I’ve been selected to participate in the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists, and I am truly honored and thankful for this opportunity.

As part of the program, I’ll be based mainly in London, UK, with the chance to visit and train in other parts of the country as well.
The program runs for approximately two and a half months, from early December this year to the end of February next year.
My focus will be ‘sign language interpreting for theatre’.
While I’ve been fortunate to work in this field in Japan, I’m heading to the UK to deepen my skills and learn techniques to help further establish and develop this field back home.
After the training, I’ll return to Japan and continue my work—hopefully with fresh insights and new energy.
There’s still so much to learn, and I’m committed to making the most of this opportunity.
I would be incredibly grateful for your continued support and guidance as I take this next step.
